One wish would be to add a drawstring strap between the shoulder straps or on the chest, but that's just nitpicking. Overall, an excellent option for everyday use or going to the gym. I've been using the backpack for a week and I was pleasantly surprised; it's an excellent purchase, with good quality materials, comfortable and spacious, although its material is not very expandable. It promises to be waterproof; I tested it on a rainy day and it indeed fulfilled its purpose, and the contents inside did not get wet. That same day I had a shift and was able to fit my everyday belongings, an extra uniform, and my rain boots inside without any problem. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, nothing to envy of big brands like Head or Jansport.
