I ordered Moissanite!! It's not as ordered, there's no certificate, and it's not Moissanite!

We’re sorry to hear about your concerns. This ring does not come with a certificate because the individual stones are too small to be certified separately. However, the stones are indeed moissanite. You are welcome to have them professionally tested by a jeweller or gem specialist for confirmation.

It turned out smaller but support replaced it

Actually i would be very satisfied if one of the stones had not fallen off when i first used the ring. I hope you can replace it.
